The Play Along url has now expired.. oops
Over the past three months, work desks across the globe at LTM transformed into high-energy arenas of wit, curiosity, and camaraderie. What began as a spark of an idea culminated in an expansive global quizzing championship, uniting LTM employees across North America, Africa, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.

If you do not put a teleprompter (or a clock) in front of me, my opening remarks meander into mini-autobiography
Quizzing has an unmatched power to transcend job titles, time zones, and borders. Far beyond the simple act of asking and answering questions, LTM’s Rhythm Rubicon served as an experiential medium of engagement: igniting healthy rivalry, cross-cultural connections, and shared moments of discovery.
The quiz was a joyful exercise in hybrid engagement, scaling from screens to physical stages in 3 steps:
- Online Preliminaries: Thousands of colleagues kicked off the challenge through fast-paced virtual screening rounds.
- Location Semifinals & Finals: The intensity mounted as regional contenders clashed in lively on-ground battles across office hubs, cheered on by local teams.
- The Grand National Final: The pinnacle of the tournament, bringing the sharpest minds together for an electric, edge-of-the-seat showdown.

The audience appreciates the QM’s latest bad joke or a fine answer from the participants. It’s definitely one of the two.
From building virtual platforms with buzzing in-person office events, complete with live viewer play-along, the initiative ensured that everyone, whether participating on stage or rooting from a cafeteria screen thousands of miles away, felt part of the action.

It’s not community doomscrolling, it’s just the audience engaging in Play Along
A heartfelt congratulations to our champions from LTM Bengaluru, followed by Kolkata and Powai, and a big thank you to every participant and supporter across LTM’s global offices who brought their passion, intellect, and curiosity to the quiz. As we saw in the quiz’s final question, to excel at Rubicon, one truly has to outcreate together.
Until next time!

So dominant was the performance of the champions that the widest smiles came from the prize givers and not the receivers
